Bristol Harbour Hotel Bridal Fashion Shoot - Bristol

This Venetian Styled Shoot was a great collaboration between Martyn Norsworthy (Photographer) and Lawrence Taylor of Precision (Hair) Sally Bracey (Make Up) Laura Louise Hall (Dresses) and set in the stunning City Centre Venue, Bristol Harbour Hotel.

This amazing space was once two Banks and has now been turned into a very stylish Hotel and Wedding Venue. Ever since I saw the interior at launch I have been planning this shoot, the Archtitecture and furnishing make this a photographers dream. I have an eye for interior design and love creating stunning images showcasing both the Wedding couple and the venue.

The two models for the day were Hayley and Corrie, they both had complety different looks to their Hair and Make Up, to suit the style of final images being produced.

Creating these beautiful images was a joy, and using simple techniques and lighting that can be replicated on a Wedding day is always important to me.

Suzanne and Saul's Salcombe Wedding - Salcombe Harbour Hotel, Devon

One of my favourite venues, always a pleasure to come back to Salcombe Harbour Hotel to photograph a Wedding. Suzanne and Saul live locally and choose the contemporary surroundings of this luxury hotel to hold their Wedding.

Being February the weather was very changable but with such great interiors the photography was catered for. We did manage to get out to the terrace for a few photos. Suzanne and Sauls Wedding was very much a party atmosphere with so many friends, a really lovely day and a pleasure to have been part of. Suzanne's dress was designed and created by Kate Walker Bridal.

Venue: Salcombe Harbour Hotel, Salcombe, Devon

Dress: Kate Walker Bridal, Plymouth

Cake: Chocaccino, Plymouth

Flowers: Studio Flowers, Kingsbridge

You're always 21! A look at Brides over 50..... Devon Wedding Photographer Martyn Norsworthy shows you how fab he will make you look and feel!

Over the years I have had numerous Wedding Enquiries from Brides over 50........

Whats wrong with that? Am I agest? Nope nothing at all and no I am not!

Its such a joy and a pleasure to Photograph people who have a much different approach to life than those in their early 20's. Enquires normally take the path of " I would like to enquire about Wedding Photography, I must tell you I am over 50...." no shame in that, but its so lovely to shoot the day as I would any other Wedding. Why should age define us! Why should Bride and Grooms act differently. Wedding Photography from my way of thinking is capturing a Love Story, age has no boundaries in love, the heart is still strong. To capture the emotions, nerves, tears, laughter of a Wedding Couple is what I do best and there are no boundaires.

I dont know about you but as I have got older I have become more comfortable with who I am, and this makes life so much more enjoyable. Great photography, letting yourslef enjoy life and relaxing enough to enjoy your big day means that you will look stunning in every photo!

Below are a few examples, I have many, many more!

So if you are planning a Wedding and think youre too old for a Professional Photographer, think again! Lets have a ball.......

Shannon and Tom's Summer Wedding - Langdon Court, Devon

Shannon and Tom had such a great day, sunshine and beautiful surroundings. Langdon Court is nestled in a lush green valley in the South Hams, near to Plymouth. A historic Country house with stunning gardens and contemporary interiors.

Shannon and Tom met me at a Wedding Fair at Langdon and we hit it off immediately. Such a gorgous warm and friendly couple adored by their guests and such a joy to work with. The details were all there, soft pinks and crisp whites with stunning floral touches by Hannah Burnett. And to add to the party feel, Lewis Belcher (Magician) arrived to entertain guests with some close up magic.

The sun shone and the outdoor ceremony was a delight, fall in love with Shannon and Tom's gorgous Devon Summer Wedding...
